Grabber & Dumper Workers
Grabbers read data into a pipeline. Dumpers write it out. Between them sits whatever mapping and transformation the integration needs, so these are the workers that decide which systems a pipeline connects.
Most of them come in pairs — the FTP module gives you both an FTP grabber and an FTP dumper — and both ends are configured the same way: an instance holding the connection details, plus the worker's own settings for what to read or write.
A worker type only appears in the list if its module is installed. If something here is missing on your instance, find its module in zSYNCs Odoo Modules and install it.
